You will receive a reservation voucher with all booking details via email. If you do not hear from us within 24-hours please contact us, because we might not be able to reach you due to incorrect or filtered email.

What you see is what you pay. We do not charge any additional money on top of the rates advertised online. Your total rental rate stated in our booking form and in your reservation voucher is your total price.

Yes, as long as you have a confirmed reservation. We operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with no exception!
View answerCAN I MAKE A BOOKING WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation with most of our online services. For some services, we do offer alternative payment methods - Bank transfer, PayPal, Skrill. If you are not sure whether you can make a booking without a credit card please contact us. You can also make a booking using someone else credit card if you have their permission. In this case, please confirm that you have permission to use their card, in the "Comments" box when making your booking.
