Wir kamen während der Olympischen Spiele in Paris an und fanden den Service, die Motorräder und die Ratschläge in unserem 21-tägigen Tagebuch durch Europa so hilfreich. KRAPETS holiday village » The seaside village of Krapets is situated 100 km from Varna International airport and only 10 km north of Shabla, close to the border with Romania. Surrounded by 6 km sandy beach, nature reserves, sunflower and wheat fields, the scenic village offers excellent opportunities for a peaceful rural holiday. The area around the village is rich in archaeological and historical sights among which the temple of Kibela on the island of Durankulak (the oldest necropolis in Europe). 1 km northeast of the village is the semi-salty Durankulak Lake with plenty of fish and rare birds. The Shabla and the Ezerets lakes are situated to the south. Nature lovers can enjoy the virgin beaches and the cliffs between Krapets and Cape Shabla.
