PROS: I have been working with the Motoroads team for several years now. As usual, everything was at a very good level of service: the car was as ordered, the child seat was as agreed, the registration of the car upon receipt and upon return was done clearly, accurately and on time. A very good team, very good and convenient service. Reasonable prices and excellent communication in different languages. Thank you. Last time my flight was canceled and the air company kept rescheduling my flight. So, I kept rescheduling my pick up time with Motoroads. They were very flexible and accommodating! Highly recommend for everyone who needs transportation services in Bulgaria.

PROS: I have been using Motoroads services regularly for 4 years, every time when I travel to Bulgaria. This company arranges for our family transfers from the airport in Burgas to Sozopol and back. This company is completely reliable. And reliability is just the main thing I demand. It never happened that they did not arrive or were late. I can really rely on their services. Prices are comparable to others and I also appreciate the system of booking and issuing a voucher. I will definitely use this service in the years to come and I can only recommend it to everyone. PROS: First class service from.the moment our driver picked us up at Sofia airport to when he dropped us off at Kempinski Grand Arena in Bansko. Unfortunately, we were unable to make the return trip with Motoroads as we had to leave 4 days early due to Coronavirus shut-down, however we would have no hesitation in using your company again on our annual ski trip to Bansko next year!
