PROS: Hired car for 3 days at very good rate.We were greeted at burgas airport arrivals and shown to our car by a very pleasant man and all paper work signed and on the road in 5 mins and on return out deposit was exch as need for the keys and away we went..will definitely use again in a few months time when I am back.Would recommend highly. PROS: At the risk of sounding trite: we have been using the services of Motorroads for 8 (or 9) years now, and we see no reason to look for an alternative. PROS: Your service is exceptional, your efficiency, availability and kindness distinguish you. I chose your company based on the reviews, which evidently had anything but the formality, expressing true sincere satisfaction. I have to admit that they are indeed real. In addition to the norm, I then received a surprising upgrade that made my holiday even more beautiful. Greeted at the airport with a sign of your name, and taken back to the airport after the car has been checked at the end of the journey. My vote for you is 10 cum laude. Thank you

PROS: I used Motoroads services this year (2022) already for the 3rd time for car rental and 3-4 times for transfer. They were at the same high level as before. It so happened that the vehicle I had seen was not available. Motoroads offered me another vehicle in the same class that turned out to be a brand new 2022 model in excellent condition. I received the car at Sofia airport, the Motoroads associate was kind enough to pick up the car back from our hotel in Sofia on a day off. I recommend Motoroads for both car rental and transfers.

PROS: We were once again in Bulgaria from 15.08.- 05.09.2022 and rented a car from Moto Roads for the fourth time. It worked, as always, excellent, the car (a newer Renault Captur) was handed over to us at the airport, delivery was then on 05.09. at 06:10! also at the airport directly in front of the entrance, to our complete satisfaction, we will also book in the future only with Moto Roads, by the way at a very good price, thank you!

PROS: The service that MotoRoads provided was excellent! We were met at Sofia airport by a Moto Roads representative and taken a short 10 minute vehicle ride to their rental office. Once there, all the paperwork was quickly and efficiently taken care of, and we were ready to drive away with 10 mins.The vehicle we had was as exactly as described on their website and is great value for money! I would highly recommend using MotoRaods to hire a vehicle in Sofia. I've previously hired vehicles with 'other' rental companies at Sofia airport and they are far more expensive and honestly not as good! The staff at MotoRoads were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be using them again for future trips to Sofia!

PROS: As always for 8 years (for that long we have been using the services of Motorroads), everything is fast, easy and accurate. Even when one does not look and calls in the middle of the night to an employee who is not at work at the moment (and his colleague is waiting for you in front of the airport), the answer is polite and efficient! There is nothing to discuss about the quality of the car or its cleanliness: everything is at the level we expected, and even higher. Thanks again!

Sometimes we order a transfer, sometimes we rent a car. and you have never let us down in all this time! Meetings at the airport are always on time, the drivers are polite and tidy, the cars are in excellent condition. Several times we changed the make of the car, and it was always a replacement for a car of a higher class without any additional payments. For interest, this fall we looked at the rental / transfer prices from other companies. Once again we were convinced that in this matter you are still the best! PROS: This is the fifth summer we rent a car from Mototroad and they have yet to disappoint us. Booking is easy on the website with good range of care choices and communication via emails was prompt and helpful. On arriving at the airport we are always met by friendly representative who quickly and smoothly release the car to us. The car this year was brand new only on 4000km in immaculate condition. It was perfect size and very economic considering the extensive driving around the country we had. On departure we were met again by the representative and handed over the car without a hassle. We will definitely continue to use Motoroad service and always recommended to friends.

Though acting as a broker, the service was excellent, communicated through emails for possible rental extension and everything was clear.
