MOTOROADS REPLY: Dear Mike Fieldhouse, Thank you for your feedback. We have to admit the originally booked Nissan Pathfinder was not available at the time of your arrival at Sofia airport. It was returned a day later by the previous customer without any notice to us in advance. We even reported the vehicle stolen in the police not knowing it was a misunderstanding in the customer's travel dates mentioned on the rental contract. Sometimes we have no control over situations like yours and especially in high season when we do not have many vehicles on the parking lot. However, we offered you two good alternatives on the spot: 8+1 Mercedes Vito and 6+1 Chevrolet Captiva and you stated at the rental desk that you are happy with the Chevy Captiva 6+1 seats. In regards to the meet and greet service, it was specifically mentioned on your reservation voucher that you have to approach our rental desk in the arrival hall by yourself due to the very busy arrival time of your flight. We hope will have a chance to show you our customer satisfaction dedication in the near future. PROS: I rented a Toyota Camry 2. 4i for two weeks at the end of June 2014. The car matched the description, except for the year of manufacture (according to documents 2008 instead of 2010, which is listed on the website), but in very good technical condition. By the time of submission at Sofia airport, everything is accurate: we met on time, quickly issued the documents. Also handed over at the airport: all on time and quickly. I am going to use your services next year. CONS: Nothing

PROS: We have used MOTOROADS to hire a car every time we`ve come to Bulgaria which is twice a year for the last 4 years. The service has been efficient and friendly. The one time we had a problem with a car exhaust, it was dealt with immediately and the car picked up and replaced the day we reported it. CONS: Only once had a car that the lights were not great at night.

PROS: Rented a car in Plovdiv. They filed directly to the bus station, as they wanted. The car was the same as that booked through the site, almost new. CONS: Thank you, everything is fine. Be sure to use the services of your company next time.

PROS: We hired a car for a week, travelling from sofia airport to bansko and across central bulgaria, I have driven in BG 3 times now using 3 different companies, I would reccomend this company as the best value and service, the car was very good, the rep was friendly, you need a decent car to enjoy travelling this is the company you need to choose! Thank you for your excellent service. I think if you CONS: Nothing to really add?
