Only a week ago we (group of 12 friends) came back from 5 days trip visiting a number of Bulgarian historical sites and National parks. Based on previous very good experiences with Motoroads car rental, this time we rented a coach with a driver. His name was Rumen and he was much more then an excellent driver, guiding us through all places we intended to see. I would greatly recommend this kind of services provided from Motoroads as a chipper and much better alternative than a tour from tourist agency.

Will highly recommend this Company. Used it for the second time and will never look for another one. Excellence service, cars in great conditions. We were late to return the car, as we were stuck in a traffic for an hours and no problem - the Lady was smiling and understanding. The red tape is minimum and very fast and organized. Best car rental in Bulgaria! We travel to the country every year and this year we actually needed a car at the Thessaloniki airport with return to Sofia after two weeks. This was not a problem at all. Our contact was waiting for us on time and was very helpful and patient even that we arrived at midnight with two crying kids. We did get a newer and better car than booked including excellent condition children seats! This was sofar the only bulgarian car rental company who provided exactly what we wanted and even more without communication problems. Thank you very much Motoroads! Next year we will rent from here again!

This is really my go to rental company in Bulgaria (Sofia). We've rented with them for the last 6 or 7th time and each time with great service. From pickup at the airport to drop off. Cars are good, clean and comfortable. Whether it's a gasoline or diesel there has not been a problem with any of the cars. Really recommended car rental company for sure!

We rent regularly - every year, and sometimes several times a year - a vehicle at MOTOROADS and this, for 4 years now. The cars are clean, in perfect technical condition. The service is more than satisfactory: even when your flight arrives at 3am, 2 hours behind schedule, the people at MOTOROADS are waiting for you. There was never the slightest mishap on their part, nor the slightest problem on the car or in terms of communication and service. Motoroads was the only provider that could offer us a 5 + 2-seater in Albena. The service was great, very friendly, punctual and without any "obstacles". Gladly again!

We had rented the class with a VW Touran as a 5 + 2-seater with automatic and diesel and unfortunately "only" got an Opel Zafira 5 + 2 with automatic and diesel. I would rather have driven a VW Touran.

Hello, We rent the bus in Golden Sands. We spend two wonderful days in way. I gave 5 stars because MOTOROADS team is very professional and speak in English. With two kids 1,5 y and 2,5 y this is very hard to travel by public transport or taxi. We rent car (bus) and we travel in 6 person + 2 children. MOTOROADS gave us two child seats and this was very comfortable for kids even to sleep in the car. Drop in and pick up form hotel offered by MOTOROADS is great option. I fully recommend and for sure I will choose the in for next trips. Good Job MOTOROADS

I have been traveling to Varna in Bulgaria for several years and used numerous car rental companies over that time including some Romanian companies. I would have to rate Motoroads as the best I have experienced in service, quality and value. We rented a car for 2 weeks and had requested it be delivered to our village the day after our arrival. They arrived with the car on time and in no time the paper work was signed and keys handed over. Their representative spoke good English and was able to explain everything efficiently.I would not hesitate to recommend Motoroads to anyone looking to rent in the North Black Sea Coast area, and would suggest they are worth a try throughout Bulgaria.
