PROS: We rented a brand new Renault Clio. The car and service was brilliant. It was delivered to our hotel as requested at 1600hrs on our day of arrival. It was collected a week later at the agreed time. The car was pristine, it also had the advantage of not being covered in stickers, identifying it as a hire car. The hire rate was great, with no hidden extras, the pricing structure was clear on the website CONS: None

PROS: I have used moteroads for a number of years and can say that they give a friendly and professional service and nothing is to much trouble would recommend them to anyone. CONS: None

PROS: I ordered a car in advance. Despite the fact that my flight was postponed several times, and I flew to Burgas at 5 o`clock. in the morning, the car was delivered to the airport in a timely manner. The machine is fully consistent with the one I booked. The car was fully fueled with gasoline, was clean, and dry cleaning was done in the cabin. During the lease (21 days) the car did not cause any problems. The technical condition of the car was good. CONS: none

PROS: Returning customer. We rented a van for a trip to Greece and it was a great experience. Since I had a lot of questions I called customer service multiple times and they have been very patient yet informative. The van was well maintained and we`ve had a great trip. No issues with getting the deposit back either the day of vehicle return. Highly recommended! CONS: None
