PROS: We have been using the services of Motoroads for 7 years. As usual, a clean and perfectly functioning car, flexibility and accuracy of people whenever your plane arrives or takes off. This reliability is especially valuable when booking a vehicle from abroad: Thank you, and we have no intention of changing the "supplier" of rented vehicles! CONS: There is no such thing!

PROS: The service was at a high level. We've used Motoroads for the past 13 years when renting a vehicle in Bulgaria and they've always provided a reasonable price, vehicle type, and ease of booking. The team is always smiling, they are flexible and punctual, while the vehicles are always in great condition. We will continue to use the company's services in the future. CONS: Nothing negative to share over the past 13 years we've been using their services!

PROS: This is the fifth summer we rent a car from Mototroad and they have yet to disappoint us. Booking is easy on the website with good range of care choices and communication via emails was prompt and helpful. On arriving at the airport we are always met by friendly representative who quickly and smoothly release the car to us. The car this year was brand new only on 4000km in immaculate condition. It was perfect size and very economic considering the extensive driving around the country we had. On departure we were met again by the representative and handed over the car without a hassle. We will definitely continue to use Motoroad service and always recommended to friends. CONS: none

PROS: Everything was very dignified. We met at the airport, gave the car. The car had problems and as a result of communication - a representative came and changed the car with an upgrade. Convenient and easy communication. All perfectly. Next time I will continue with this company and recommend it. CONS: No

PROS: Francisco from Malaga MotoRent could not have been better in terms of communications, arrangements and helping me to solve a problem, of my making, as I caused a little bit of damage to the bike because of a Spanish driver who does not look out for bikes. Francisco did all the talking for me and the owner of the bike was very fair in the settlement for damages so I think I can say in all honesty everybody was happy especially me as I got to ride a bike in the weather bikes are made for. CONS: None

PROS: One more thing was a very good service, very friendly, everything went perfectly, we were welcomed perfectly at Sofia Airport, the car was handed over to us almost in front of the door, a KIA PW in very good condition, almost like new , We are very satisfied with the whole service from Moto Roads and that for the third time, we will be happy to book with Moto Roads in the future, thank you very much. PROS: Almost every time we go to Bulgaria we book our rented car at Motoroads. We picked up at Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas Airports. Always on time, friendly staff, best price and good cars. I can definitely recommend Motoroads and will rent there again. CONS: No Cons.

PROS: The reservation and the service provided, namely car rental was very easy and without any remarks. The car was in excellent condition and we had no problems on the road. We had to extend the reservation and there was absolutely no problem, the employees of the company were very complicated and responded immediately and we extended the rent only by email. We will definitely use the services of Motoroads again :) CONS: We have no negative comment, everything was very professional.

PROS: The service could not have been better! Pickup location was in the center of Cannes, in front of the bus station. We even got some very nice suggestions for the area. Very nice, keep it up! CONS: Motorcycle was just a little dirty in the footwell, but after a day at the beach it gets dirty anyway. So no big deal.

PROS: Used this Motoroads company twice. Both times everything went perfect. It's cheaper than most companies. Representatives point out any previous damage to the car before they leave you with it (though i still take pictures anyway due to past bad experiences, but not with this company). Have been on time both times i used them. Speak excellent English. Great service all round. CONS: Have not got a bad word to say about this company so no cons that i have found.
