We have used Motoroads for a number of years now, and never had any issues with them. The rental costs are competitive, with no extra hidden costs. They always meet us at the airport on time, with friendly and efficient staff. The vehicles are always valeted and reliable. I would recommend Motoroads and we do not use anybody else. On a few occasions we have requested that we drop the car off at a hotel in Sofia, and have been met by a representative and returned the vehicle, at no extra cost. An excellent service.

First time using this company... I was a bit worried there may of been hidden costs when I arrive... but there wasnt! Absolutly brilliant service, very polite lady there waiting for us with a sign, we had no suitcases so we was straight out and she was already there. Everything was straight forward. Dropped the car off and lady was early meeting us to! Would definitely use again and would definitely reccomend to any of my friends or family!

Very comfortable cars, the driver was polite, speaks Russian, met with a sign, came back at the right time, everything was fine! I definitely recommend everyone to use it. Great service,very helpful and smiley team . This was my 3rd time renting car with motoroads.com and as the previous 3 times fully satisfied and happy with the service. I did not get exactly what i have ordered but it was a lucky coincidence, because the type of car which i ordered on the way to airport got clutch breakdown - resulting in slight delay. But the good news i got same class car and discount for the inconvenience. The team was very helpful and cooperative! Very satisfied! I will keep using motoroads services !

Everything was great. At the airport in Chania, an employee of the company welcomed me; the paperwork was done in a few minutes and I was ready to leave. I got a brand new machine and during the whole week there was not a single problem. For the emergency I had the mobile phone number of the employee of the company. The return of the machine at the airport went smoothly and was a matter of 5 minutes. Everything was perfect.

The handover and the return of the car proceeded very correct. A very friendly young man was waiting for us at the airport Burgas on time. The car was clean an well prepared, so that we could start our tour along the shore of the Black Sea immediately. Everything went without problems. Having booked this through Motorroads from the UK, I didn't know what to expect when arriving at Istanbul IST with bag, helmet and no back-up plan but all went smoothly. Hassan and Co were at the airport on time to meet me with the bike and sort all the paperwork - very quick process. I rode down beyond Terkidag, met some friends (who had shipped their bikes to Sofia) and we caught the ferry from Gallipoli (via the coast road) to Cardak then on to Balikesir on the most amazing mountainous roads - then through Ayfon, Konya and on to Cappadocia (via the salt flats around Eskil) for a couple of days. Great mountainous or high-plain roads, beautiful landscape and lovely, friendly people. Surprisingly, given the rewards, there were very few tourists and even fewer bikes. After a long ride back to Istanbul (500 miles), I Dropped the bike and the guys removed the side panniers from my bike for the mad Istanbul traffic. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly... washed the bike, gave me coffee and a tour of their workshop. 2400k completed in 8 days so I paid a bit for excess mileage but this was reasonable. On the last day, the chaps came to pick the bike up from my hotel. I highly recommend Motoroads for their straightforward and friendly service!

Only a week ago we (group of 12 friends) came back from 5 days trip visiting a number of Bulgarian historical sites and National parks. Based on previous very good experiences with Motoroads car rental, this time we rented a coach with a driver. His name was Rumen and he was much more then an excellent driver, guiding us through all places we intended to see. I would greatly recommend this kind of services provided from Motoroads as a chipper and much better alternative than a tour from tourist agency.

Best car rental in Bulgaria! We travel to the country every year and this year we actually needed a car at the Thessaloniki airport with return to Sofia after two weeks. This was not a problem at all. Our contact was waiting for us on time and was very helpful and patient even that we arrived at midnight with two crying kids. We did get a newer and better car than booked including excellent condition children seats! This was sofar the only bulgarian car rental company who provided exactly what we wanted and even more without communication problems. Thank you very much Motoroads! Next year we will rent from here again!

This is really my go to rental company in Bulgaria (Sofia). We've rented with them for the last 6 or 7th time and each time with great service. From pickup at the airport to drop off. Cars are good, clean and comfortable. Whether it's a gasoline or diesel there has not been a problem with any of the cars. Really recommended car rental company for sure!
