We arrived in Paris during the Olympics and found the service, bikes and advice so helpful in our 21 day journal through Europe. You have contributed to memories that will be forever with us. PROS: First class service from.the moment our driver picked us up at Sofia airport to when he dropped us off at Kempinski Grand Arena in Bansko. Unfortunately, we were unable to make the return trip with Motoroads as we had to leave 4 days early due to Coronavirus shut-down, however we would have no hesitation in using your company again on our annual ski trip to Bansko next year! CONS: None

PROS: We have used Motoroads for a number of years now, and never had any issues with them. The rental costs are competitive, with no extra hidden costs. They always meet us at the airport on time, with friendly and efficient staff. The vehicles are always valeted and reliable. I would recommend Motoroads and we do not use anybody else. On a few occasions we have requested that we drop the car off at a hotel in Sofia, and have been met by a representative and returned the vehicle, at no extra cost. An excellent service. CONS: None

PROS: First time using this company... I was a bit worried there may of been hidden costs when I arrive... but there wasnt! Absolutly brilliant service, very polite lady there waiting for us with a sign, we had no suitcases so we was straight out and she was already there. Everything was straight forward. Dropped the car off and lady was early meeting us to! Would definitely use again and would definitely reccomend to any of my friends or family! CONS: No cons. Really, great service.

The driver is always there on time for pick ups and is always very friendly with our group. Very comfortable cars, the driver was polite, speaks Russian, met with a sign, came back at the right time, everything was fine! I definitely recommend everyone to use it. PROS: We had booked 4 people and 4 motorcycles. Pick-up location was Lisbon Airport. Because of a flight shift we also had to re-book. Nevertheless, everything worked wonderfully. The bikes were ready, the handover / takeover went smoothly. Gladly we will book again with you! CONS: none

PROS: Great service,very helpful and smiley team . This was my 3rd time renting car with motoroads.com and as the previous 3 times fully satisfied and happy with the service. I did not get exactly what i have ordered but it was a lucky coincidence, because the type of car which i ordered on the way to airport got clutch breakdown - resulting in slight delay. But the good news i got same class car and discount for the inconvenience. The team was very helpful and cooperative! Very satisfied! I will keep using motoroads services ! CONS: none

PROS: Everything was great. At the airport in Chania, an employee of the company welcomed me; the paperwork was done in a few minutes and I was ready to leave. I got a brand new machine and during the whole week there was not a single problem. For the emergency I had the mobile phone number of the employee of the company. The return of the machine at the airport went smoothly and was a matter of 5 minutes. Everything was perfect. CONS: none

PROS: The handover and the return of the car proceeded very correct. A very friendly young man was waiting for us at the airport Burgas on time. The car was clean an well prepared, so that we could start our tour along the shore of the Black Sea immediately. Everything went without problems. Price and service were extremely good, so that we can recommend Motoroads to anyone. CONS: Unfortunately our vacation passed too fast :(.
