PROS: Absolute excellent service through out! used to transport to and from Sofia airport to borovets in Bulgaria, good quality of cars used, staff very friendly and happily load/unload our luggage for us and very polite and always on time . . . tip them well! will book through them again next year :)

PROS: I travelled from Sofia to Borvets and I can only say the service was fantastic driver waiting for me when I walked through customs and was on time for my return trip back to Sofia at 3am in the morning would recommend MOTOROADS and would use them again

PROS: We use Motor Roads every year to book our ski packages, we have found they extremly helpful and often they have tailored the packages to suit due to travel arrangement changes withou hesitation. They are super quick and efficient, we have recommended to a friend who was also impressed and used them again 2nd year running. They do what they say and when they say it.

PROS: I have used MOTOROADS for car rentals for my last 3 visits to Bulgaria and I will continue to use them for future visits. The vehicles are of a high standard with competitive prices. Each time I have been met by a different member of staff and found them all punctual and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody requiring car rental in Bulgaria. Keep up the good work guys!

PROS: Ii would just like to say that this is the 3rd year running I have booked my transport, accommodation and ski snowmobile with MOTOROADS and yet again all the staff I have dealt with at MOTOROADS have been fantastic. Excellent customer service. All staff have helped me when I have needed help. Thank you to all at MOTOROADS.

PROS: I have rented BMW GS for 6 days in May 2013. Booking process was easy and price reasonable. Motorbike was in good condition and well maintained. Pleasure to deal with MOTOROADS.

PROS: Hi we are a group of friends who traveled from burgus airport to sinemorets last summer. We were met at the airport by our driver and had a very pleasent trip to our hotel. On our return journey there was no need to confirm our trip back to the airport the driver was there on time both drivers were very pleasent we would and have recomended MOTOROADS to our friends. We are booking again for summer 2014. really we can not say enough about this service and price. Well done MOTOROADS wish therewas such a service in my home country

PROS: Very happy with the car rental service, excellent communication, very accommodating and flexible. I rented a car for 15 days over the Christmass-NY period, and while upon my arrival the selected brand was not available, the MOTOROADS representative was actually waiting for me with a free upgrade car, way above the class that I had originally booked, at no extra charge - very happy. Throughout my rental period, small road accident occurred, also very happy with the dialogue, flexible also on the drop-off date and location as I requested extension within less than 24 hr notice, also readily accepted. Will definitely consider doing business with them again. So far ethic and professionalism is top notch.

Dear Alexander,
There were two separate insurance events throughout your rental period:
1. Damage to the side of the car 100% covered by the insurance. You paid nothing - not a single cent.
2. Missing car emblem. Unfortunately, the emblem of the car is something not covered by any insurance company in Bulgaria and this is described in our terms of service. We kindly asked you to pay only 15 EUR (30 Leva) to replace the missing emblem. The price we asked is exactly the price of the item in the auto shop - not a single cent extra.

PROS: We have had two unforgettable Summer Holidays in Bulgaria with MOTOROADS and both of those holidays were awesome, spending lovely quality timecycling and than relaxing in the Sentido Family Hotel at Golden Sand Resort. Me and My family can not express our positive experience with this travel agency! They are real experts and I would like to highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for an affordable and relaxing time out in Bulgaria. MOTOROADS provides you a high quality travel service and they are really a great value for money!
CONS: Only Positive comments as We were very satisfied and planning to return to Bulgaria with Motoroads in the future!
