Although it was not necessary in the end, it was reassuring to know that we were able to hold on to the car for a longer period had it have been required. We were very happy with the service. Our flight was early into Bourgas & when we phoned the Rep. he came to meet us straight away. He was very helpful & courteus & we were delighted with a good start to our first visit to Bulgaria. the car was very good too!
